My Story
I’ve been working in BPO, KPO, and Training institutes for Nine years.
I handled and performed different roles.
Jobs in the publishing, e-commerce, travel, insurance, and telecommunications sectors include customer account executive, technical support, sales, billing, appointment setting, and consulting.
Overall, I have consistently demonstrated the following:
● Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns and requests about the products and services.
● Gather customer information and determine the issue by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms.
● Research required information using available resources.

Knowledge in tools Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Outlook, CRM, Salesforce, Zoho, QuickBooks, Time Management, Web Presentation, Video Blogging and Editing.
